Spend 3 to 4 hours at Caman Village in Hoi An, where local cooks guide you through an organic garden, herbal drink making, rice paper preparation, and 3 to 4 Vietnamese dishes. You’ll harvest herbs, play folk games, wear a chef’s hat and apron, and return home with a cookbook and participation certificate.

Start at Hoi An Post Office and cycle through rice fields to Tra Que Vegetable Village, where you can try traditional farming. Continue to a water buffalo ride, then paddle a basket boat through Cam Thanh’s water coconut village with local fishermen. English-speaking guides include Vu, Tham, Mango, and Su.
