“Great day out! It was lovely seeing the tulip fields in bloom. 🌷🇳🇱 The tulip farmer was informative. The bus journey was efficient and comfortable. Keukenhof was very busy; lots of crowds but we managed to grab lunch and stand up to eat it! Would recommend taking a pack lunch. Boat cruise was relaxing, would’ve been more enjoyable if weather was warm so one could sit on the top deck and enjoy the view. It was a bit crammed in inside. All in all a good day trip out!”

We capped off our tour with a visit to village of Waterland and the unique church of Broek. I am not a fan of big tour groups and ear pieces. This was a delightful tour and well worth the money. “What a great morning! Absolutely recommend this tour and the company, Those Amsterdames. We did a 2.5 hour small group tour with our knowledgeable "local" guide Kevin. The bikes are really good and provide easy riding, not too much effort required. It's a great way to see the Amsterdam countryside. Don't be put off by the cycling mayhem in the main part of the city, 5 minutes to the ferry and it becomes much calmer and more civilised. Helmets are available but very few people in Amsterdam use them, maybe they lead charmed lives. They certainly ride like they are invincible! Please do try and arrive at the time specified…”
